The storming of the Capitol in Washington DC by an angry and uncontrollable mob left me with a lot of thoughts. Did we watch history repeat itself? Are we giving too much room for hate speech and baseless propaganda? It was not that long ago that a regime killed millions of its citizens, just because they did not have the same heritage. It was allowed by cheering those leaders on, while others were standing by in silence or looked the other way.
Human kind is the most stubborn creature on the planet. We don't learn from our mistakes. If we are not careful, we will repeat a black page in history for sure.
