I've overlooked something very important regarding my skip video of last year.

It turns out ... That the level can't be completed under normal circumstances (the road block is at 58 seconds into the video.)
But there is a way to get around it! Overall this skip saves a bit less time than I originally thought , but is still faster than the intended way , a TAS on this level would be extremely fast!
