What??? Yes it's true. Watch this video and you will see that I can BOIL regular tap water in 30 seconds without even applying or generating any heat. It's all done by lowering the atmospheric pressure inside the glass jar down to a negative vacuum pressure of approximately -28.5Hg (minus 28.5 inches of Mercury).
