Boerne is ready to rally behind its hometown All-Stars as the team takes the field Friday afternoon at the Little League World Series.
Boerne Little League, representing the Southwest Region, is scheduled to play its first game of the tournament at 2 p.m. Central on Friday, Aug. 21, at Howard J. Lamade Stadium in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
Back home, businesses across Boerne and the surrounding area are hosting watch parties for fans looking to cheer on the team together.
