This is what remains of a military camp on Blumine island, in Queen Charlotte sound. it was built during ww2, as part of an emplacement to guard Queen Charlotte sound from enemy ships, giving us and our allies a safe harbor. there are also installations on Arapawa island of the same design, as part of the same network.
