Labelled as Ponystep by the artist, Moved On is a nostalgic trip back to the earliest ponifications of Dubstep among the brony community with the use of passionate pony vocal chops. The hard-hitting drops and emotional melodic parts are another side of it, and over the course of the tracks progression, many tasty musical treats are to be savored as we reflect at our roots as well as at the path weve travelled with the ponies.
But thats not all there is to the song! Its actually a meaningful sequel to Brilliant Ventures track Moving On From Yesterday and the deep personal meaning it holds for the musician. In Moved On, he successfully moved on from very tough times in the past thanks to friends and the community, who hes actually dedicating this song to. Even though scars from the past will always be here, life is a gift, and the present is a present... Let us dive deep into the Night... The empress of Eternal Night welcomes us to her realm full of musical bliss and dark wonders... It is time for Evgeniy Doctor to shine and make his debut on the channel, with a wicked yet blissful Psytrance beauty modeled after Nightmare Moon!
We dont get nearly enough Psytrance in the pony music scene, and its so awesome to have Evgeniy Doctor share his creative take on the harbinger of eternal Night with us! The musician already delighted us for a while with both original pony songs and show song remixes, and even a collab with Brilliant Venture about Royal Guards around the Canterlot castle at night! Its an awesome streak of tunes and I recommend checking out all of that on Evgeniys channel. Eternal Nightmare is the musicians latest work and its such a sharp and heavy dive into Nightmare Moons realm! The dark, powerful, enthralling vibes are expressed wonderfully through a rich Psytrance composition that is hard-hitting and atmospheric at the same time, while strong beats and a complex soundscape alike are making you feel like youre experiencing the night mares onslaught of eternal Night in musical form. But what truly makes it shines so bright with the light of the moon is, in my opinion, the amazing use of Luna vocals all throughout the track. The vocals from different episodes are so perfectly integrated, thematically completing the instrumental and making for much emotion as we make one with Nightmare Moon and what she brings forth. Im especially a fan of the way it empowers Lunas emotional line Equestria will fall! Because of me... at 3:49. That was just so well imagined and well made! Go follow Evgeniy Doctor because I have a feeling this is not the last time hell blow us away with an inspired pony tune! For the Night, my brethren!

The art was scouted and cropped by Tacos, and I added shimmering stars in Lunas mane! Teamwork yay! The stars have that Starglow effect that I affectionate. Theres so many various preset color schemes available, but I made the glow to be white to match the stars on the artwork. And the usual trick to make the masking of the effect work: put the effect in a precomposition, then apply your custom mask! And that makes it move along the screen shake just perfectly, too. Its that time of the year again!! The countdown to the newest Ponies at Dawn compilation album, Ignite, has started and to kick things off here at Cider Party, we present you Cynifrees very emotional masterpiece from the album, themed around Autumn Blaze, as a pre-release!
Cynifrees music always tends to be so emotional for me and as of late the musician has been blowing me away more and more with his magical creations. With this newest original track, he definitely confirmed his position among my top favorite active pony musicians. Early from the start upon hearing Autumn Blazes line voices in my head, followed by that insane drop, I just knew that this was gonna be so emotional and special. And I was right! I teared up the first time I listened to it, and now Im getting shivers while re-listening to it and typing this... and tearing up again. Autumns iiiiii and how Cynifree used that vocal part, extending it and putting different effects on it to have that kind of spiritual vibe in the track, is so commendable and makes for a lot of emotion. Playing with the vocals of characters from the show like this, is precisely what I love to see so much. When we use our Passion to create something beautiful and powerful in response to what we felt in the show, and as a tribute to it... Cynifree definitely succeeded in what is truly more than a song... Its an experience, a piece of magic. The resulting emotion that we feel while listening to it can definitely be considered magic. Personally, the part starting at 1:49 gives me such intense shivers and makes me tear up everytime with those intricate melodies coming in, and always Autumns spiritual voice in this context, sounding like its some chant to summon a deity, or some magic ritual... This song and what it does is all kinds of epic, from the stunning composition and sound design, to the creative use of Autumn Blaze vocals, to the overall concept and spiritual vibes. The idea that Cynifree had and that creative vision is just incredible, and he was the pony to make it come to life. It takes creativity, passion, talent, and a determination to go all-out to make something special, and Cynifree had it all. I can only hope that this track could be as emotional to you as it was for me, my beloved description readers. Thank you Cynifree for the emotions..!! Everypony, lets show our appreciation!

With an earworm of an intro, this fire collab puts a party on fire faster than it took Grogar to convince his newfound allies to team up. From UndreamedPanic and PrinceWhateverer, masters of pony electronic music and rock music respectively, its one of those songs that stays with you for a while!
When UndreamedPanic and PrinceWhateverer released this song, they certainly blew the community away. Following up on the events of the S9 premiere, UndreamedPanic imagined a battle between Star Swirl and Grogar, and invited PrinceWhateverer for some epic guitar contribution, for an incredible rock/electronic fusion like were not used to hear in the community!! The story from UndreamedPanic:
This song is about Grogar, it is about how he does in fact take over Equestria by force. Each town, city, Manehatten, Vanhoover, and even Ponyville have all been taken by Grogar and his evil and powerful creatures. Using his powerful dark magic he creates more creatures to build his army and launches his war on cantorlot to take over the throne!
Everyone the mane 6 knows has been either taken away to Tambelon, where all the darkness comes from. Everyone that isnt taken away has been turned into mindless slaves to do his bidding.
As they approach Canterlot, the princesss have been captured and taken away, but unfortunately the mane 6 cant take them on alone, so Star Swirl the bearded joins the fight and takes on Grogar, one-on-one.

Getting such musical follow-ups to episodes is so welcome and I appreciate such fan works so much. The sheer intensity and relentlessness of the genre they went for is a feast, and they conducted it so well, even including Sullivan King samples for the occasion! The result is a very addictive fusion track and it shows just how talented those two musicians are! Keep being who you are and making such beautiful fan works, guys!! All my love!

Im quite happy about this art that I found and used for this video, and about this mirror edit! Fun fact, that artwork was actually drawn in 2017, before Grogar got introduced in the S9 premiere! Its actually a fanart of the Grogar from G1, depicting him in a very cool way, ahead of time! Yula568 truly was a visionary!

Often going in musical directions that are rare in the community nowadays such as Jazz and Bossa Nova, Yanamosuda crafted many flavorful original tracks and show song remixes to savor in a café or at home chilling with the ponies. Whats more, he also makes cute and amazing pony drawings, posted on his DeviantArt! His fresh debut album Little Energy is dedicated to his beloved Fluttershy that he also paid tribute to in his drawings a lot. It showcases many influences and comfy atmospheres, with brand new original tracks for the yellow pegasus, previously released original tracks and show song arrangements, and remixes by lovely pony musician friends! That includes DolceTikky who also made lots of musical pony sweets available on their channel, Kitsuneyu whos known for amazing cover and remixes of show songs as well as contributions to the Japan Pony Party! compilation albums, and eksoka who created this incredible remix of Get Lady! That moment when the bubble gum becomes too big that it explodes... with loads of incredible and sugar-filled tunes. Thats what A State of Sugars newest compilation album is about, and it is out now! With no less than 47 tracks from many community musicians, its a real sugary treat. The second track were showcasing from the album is MEQAs Luna-themed beauty!
Intricate, powerful, and soothing like a night breeze, Lunar Republic pays tribute to the eponymous fan-imagined faction led by Luna that Im sure most of you heard of. Fittingly delivering the perfect mix of night and scheming vibes both pertaining to the New Lunar Republic and its context, the track is also full of quality sound design and enthralling bass, for a musical experience that is soft and heavy at the same time. I heard that the inspiration from this track happened especially after watching the Children Of The Night fan animation, and Im delighted as that animation and especially its intro is very emotional for me! MEQA definitely did amazing with this splendid piece full of depth and flavor. Grab it as part of A State of Sugars brand new compilation album of many wonders, Bubblegum! No matter how many times you will chew it, it will always taste just as sugary as the first time!

Im happy that I could find a fitting artwork for this track, it actually wasnt easy. And here I thought there would be more artworks in the community about the New Lunar Republic! It is a thing, but apparently it didnt spawn that many drawings (still lots of wallpapers though). I added a subtle fog, since it fits to the mood and to the scene at night. Also about the intro... now I know how to manually make a grid in After Effects! Well... it was tricky so Im not sure if that was actually the right way to do it lol. But oh well, what matters is the end result, and hopefully it looks good to you!

Lunar New Year: Trash3D is an impressive mix of influences and genres. Each of the artists contributed to this experience of sound and pony noises with love, and the whole album is a feast of wonders for the ears. May it be one of Agents of Discords punchy Breakbeat tunes (including Calm at Night that is very reminiscent of Under Cover Of Night from the OST of Halo!), Cynifrees musical trip into the dark titled Obscurity, Crashie Tunezs contributions in both new styles and his signature style, Kakofonous most creative and unique experimental creations, this high-speed Gabber track by Enuna giving a hilarious new spin on Nightmare Moons speech, or one of the many other surprises in the album... Theres many unexpected and unconventional sides of music to explore and I hope that you enjoy the journey as much as I did. Kudos to Kako and all noise.horse staff as well as all the contributing musicians for creating this, keep it up!!

For those who may not have heard about the story behind the original Hidden Piece, here is how Mantlegen and Einarx have put it into shape in English:
There is a concept called hidden piece in a novel based on virtual reality game. A powerful weapon, or equipment, that developers can change the games landscape. In the distant future, technology has evolved so that every pony lives in virtual reality. When another danger came to the Equestria, the element of harmony that everyone had forgotten was discovered by the future Mane6 as a hidden piece.

Experience the concept continued from Nevermourns Nighttime Aria, with this sequel of much emotion! It is intended to embody the sweet dreams that ponies are having under Lunas beautiful night sky. Available as part of A State of Sugars compilation album Candy!
Sweet Dreams exhibits a deep and powerful bass as well as divine melodies on strings over a Liquid Drum & Bass format, creating a special kind of magic that some souls will be able to feel as untold emotion. This song certainly creates that emotion for me, and I can only hope that more of you will feel similar powerful and positive emotions while listening to this gorgeous and incredible piece. It has also a concept that is a continuation of the concept of the prequel/sister track Nighttime Aria. Here it is explained by Nevermourn:
Originally Nighttime Aria was supposed to be a ballad from one of Lunas thestral guards to Luna herself. I couldnt get the lyrics down to make it that way, so instead I wrote it as song from Luna to the sleeping ponies of Equestria. Sweet Dreams is the response the ponies have to Lunas song. The song is supposed to embody the nice dreams that all the ponies are having while she keeps watch over the night and sings her song.
Seeing as how the Night and its many wonders is a special and emotional thing to fellow Children of the Night, it may be no coincidence that this song is so emotional. The feeling of gratitude from the ponies toward Luna, and the blissful comfort of their sweet dreams... I think it successfully got imbued in this track, which makes it not only an all-time masterpiece but also a wonderful piece of timeless magic.

With such a concept as this songs, I had to give it an extra focus in the intro! I hope that by seeing that story that Nevermourn gave to his song, more people could enjoy and appreciate that extra layer of emotion, like I do.
Also I had to pay tribute to this song as much as I could, so I went kinda heavy on effects again. Twinkling stars in the night sky, shooting stars appearing every now and then... and some glow among the ponies in the clouds, to try and reflect the emotion that surfaces along the music. I dont know if I succeeded... But I hope that all that made the experience more enjoyable for you!
