A Blue Origin New Glenn rocket has exploded during a hotfire test in Florida, creating a massive fireball and destroying the launchpad just days after Jeff Bezos’s company won a major NASA Moon-base contract.
Blue Origin described the blast as an “anomaly” and said no personnel were harmed, with Bezos calling it a “very rough day”.
