Blue Flower Blowout With Blue Negative Space /Blowdryer/Fluid Art/Acrylic Pouring

So today I created a Blue Flower Blowout, and used a light blue as the negative space. I decided to add a vinyl Cricut saying..."Believe" in the blue negative space area. I love how it came out!

Paint mixture: 1 part paint, 1 part PVA, 1 part Liquitex Pouring Medium and 2-3 parts Floetrol.
I also used Oxide Black & Titanium White mixed with Austrailian Floetrol for
my cell activator mix to achieve the lacing.
