We KNOW pouring over the counter additives into a cooling system is no way to actually repair something like a blown gasket or warped/cracked head, but in this case we're looking to put off making a proper fix until after the winter.
With that simple goal, and a cooling system that is already a mess due to neglect and literal pounds of radiator sealer dumped into it over the years we have nothing to lose by giving it a shot. Let's see what happens
