💙💛 Blue and Yellow Tatting Doilies 💛💙

In this short video (30 sec), I use a vintage tatting shuttle, a special gift from my dear friend Edna, to create lace doilies in the colors of the Ukrainian flag. 🧵✨

Tatting is an ancient lace-making technique. Here, I combine tradition with symbolism: blue and yellow threads remind us of the sky and the fields of wheat — the heart of Ukraine. 🌾☀️
