After the discovery of Ludwig's first phase AI freeze the speedsouls community has found a new method to do the shadow AI freeze. This method is much easier then the method that is currently done in speedruns. But it is unfortunately slower.
Fortunately I do think people who don't necessarily speedrun the game will still find enjoyment attempting to perform this glitch because of how much easier it is over the old method.
