You can shorten the length of this farm considerably if you don't practice parrying, obviously. Typically you'll get between 15-20 bloodvials in about two minutes (with another two minutes of loading screens!) I mention that I didn't go upstairs in the first building by the lamp, and if you're farming vials you definitely should. There's at least one more up there for you.
