Blood Wake does run in Xemu at 4K (6x), but the game speed is broken at 60 FPS and I was not able to find a solution. Lowering the refresh rate to 30 Hz was recommended but that just created an extremely laggy experience with frame rate stuttering up to 45 FPS and backdown to 30 FPS.
