After my stroke in May 2017 I've created a book to record daily blood pressure recordings. So this is a second book this time on blood sugar level monitoring .My doctor has also seen the book recently and gave her approval to it's layout.

Great idea for a gift for anyone you know who need to monitor their blood sugar levels each day.

Cover created using 3ds Max and Blender for the model and layout of the interior was with Corel draw.
