After my stroke in May 2017 I've created this book to record daily blood pressure recordings. My doctor has also seen the book recently and gave her approval to it's layout.

Great idea for a gift for anyone you know who need to monitor their blood pressure.

Cover created using 3ds max and blender for the model and layout of the interior was with corel draw.
