It's not often editors use the same song a second time for an AMV, or least not the exact same version.
In this case AMV Sashimi held a Song Challenge editing event, where we edited using a randomly assigned song, however instead of the song track we were only given a written description of the song and a metronome track. We had to edit at least 20 seconds of video, and we had a week to complete these videos.
This was the 2nd AMV I made for this challenge and this time I did realise what song I had (Blinding Lights is burned into my brain). Knowing what song I had did help the editing process slightly, however it did mean I tried to sync to some song elements that are hard to time with only a metronome, so it is a bit out of sync in some places.

The description I had for the song was as follows:
" This song feels like speeding through a bustling city at midnight. A lot of elements moving at once. The AMV should focus on movement above all (dancing, fighting, flying, etc), and should aesthetically be a feast for the eyes of visual spectacle (fancy technology, fireworks, fantastical transformation sequences, etc). The 171 bpm beat starts up at 0:11 and doesn't stop until 3:05 for the winddown outro. The rhythmic but more energy-reserved verses start at approximately 0:27 and 1:34 respectively, each building up to the full-energy choruses that start at approximately 1:01 and 1:57."
