...So, inspired by @sacredhearthfrictionfire
demonstrating how muscle memory plays a key part in the fire plough I thought I see how well developed my own muscle memory was for this technique.
.
...As I've said before materials are key to this followed by technique that only becomes developed through practice. Then through lots of practice your muscles will eventually become familiar with the technique & they will remember what they need to do & it becomes automatic.
