Hello Everyone! My name is Reed Benson and I am 17 years old. Each year in May, my church holds a special service to the Youth that is apart of the church's Youth Group. During the service, we are basically in charge of the service and become the pastor except for the message. We say the Benediction, the Bible Verse of the Day, and many more. We also "perform" a play that the pastor wrote for the crowd (tbh, they weren't very good).
During the Youth Service last year, my mother told the Snr. Pastor about something I was "currently making" called This is My Story. If you guys don't know about this is my story, it is an indoor percussion show that I am still in the process of making. The second movement, however, was an arrangement I was really eager to make based on a hymn called "Blessed Assurance" (If you haven't heard the hymn, I strongly recommend checking it out). The thing is about this arrangement is, this is the original This is My Story: Movement Two. I had to cut it because it was too long.
Going back on the subject on my mother telling them about this, she said I completed this and would be happy to give the audio to them. I wasn't finished, in fact I wasn't even close. I was primarily focused on my school work I was going to scrap it anyway. When my mom found out that I wasn't finished with the song, she literally rushed me to finish this in a day. Most of you guys won't be able to tell (THANK GOD!), but this is incomplete. Fortunately, the audio effects of the playback made it sound like a full percussion ensemble. :)
