In the Blender viewport you can use nice HDRIs for realting rendering. Unfortunately there is no easy way to use the HRDI for rendering in as well. In this video I show free addons to use the HDRI in the viewport for redering, it can be used in Eevee and Cycles.
Here are the addons from Joshua Knauber for HDRI rendering and also the Layre painter for texture painting with Blender.

Here is a link to my own addon called VP HDRI, in which you can create and remove HDRI setups for rendering with images used in the viewport shading.
