- How to create an animated opening title sequence in the style of the opening from the Netflix show Stranger Things.
- How to install and use a text font in Blender
- Using the inset faces tool to create the outline letters
- Using material nodes (including generated noise and veronoi textures) to create the somewhat complex mixed material on the letters
- Using compositing (glare and lens) distortion nodes
- How to create flickering of the letters' brightness
- How to set up the expanding bars using an armature (bones)
