Lowland whisky has had a hard go of things these past few decades, with very few shining examples to carry the torch for the region its output very nearly disappeared.
Slowly but surely though there has been a revival in quality Lowland malts, and one of the distilleries that helped put the region on my map was the much adored Bladnoch.
Today we're joined by two special guests for the stream - Will Pitchforth the Head of Commercial for Bladnoch and Moa Nilsson, another whisky obsessed Edinburgh denizen. Join us as we spend an hour or so tasting their new release 'Vinaya' and getting to know the distillery that bit better!
