I decided to work on this even though I said that I wouldn't make any more MIDIs. Jabaari sent me the base midi with about 400k notes about 6 months ago, and I decided to black it because why not. I initially did a bunch of work on this very early, but the my edits didn't sound good and they were not balanced so I abandoned it until last week, and I did some editing and I balanced it a bit. It is still very high pitched towards the end. Maybe I will add some bass there but idk. The crash in this is far more powerful that I would have expected. When I export this from FL studio, it takes about 10 minutes to pass, but when I open it in domino, do some channel management, and rearrange everything, it only takes about 4 minutes to pass. AG89 told me that it was something called event storing in FL. Also, this is a No-Lag PFA Video. I may or may not continue to work on this.

This is an amazing original composition by GRThree/verb8m, and it is also fairly new! I learned about this midi from Declan Grimshaw, and when I watched the original video, I knew that I had to Nolag it. It has very short notes, 3840 ppq and 512 bpm makes them super short. That is why I had to use the note speed that I used, otherwise the notes wouldn’t show up.

Well another great midi by HDSQ (HemiSemiDemiQuaver). A lot of notes, not quite nuker level, but still a lot.
My pc did about as well as his (see original video) in terms of No-Lag.
We both had a split second of lag, even though when it was recorded, it was slowed down 200x in PFA. I couldve slowed it down more, but I wanted to get this video out, and it iws not noticible.
the reason for this is because Hemi loves his overlapping notes, which this midi has 11,706,119, and that is the one thing that makes midis lag the most.
now that I mentioned it, You are going to be looking at the last crashpoint to see it lol

No 1080p60 or 4k120, I needed to have the best GPU performance possible today.
Gingeas made a video a long time ago about custom PFA startup songs, and I decided to do the same with tau.
it worked, but it took forever to open, since it had to load tau every time it started up.
But I noticed one thing: the performance was amazing.
it passed the crash point wayyyy faster than a normal legit run; however since the note speed is so low, the GPU performance is also low.
I dont know if this is because it didnt have to render the keyboard, Info overlay, octave lines, or what, but it sure works good.
I might try to use cheat engine or something to increase the note speed, or maybe someone who knows more about this than me can or someone that has a better GPU can.
I honestly wonder what Rappe or Poke Hydres Performance is with this. Maybe we could have our first Tau No lag runs in PFA? idk. maybe sometime.

Decided to redo my TN2 Nolag because I wasnt happy with my older one (although its still impressive because it was recorded on a Core 2 Quad lol)
This time, I actually put some effort into the audio and video editing (although resolve gave me a large amount of issues). Hope you enjoy!
Likely about a weeks worth of time (~150 hours) were put into this video.
Apologies for the weird frame in the intro, I spent like 6 hours trying to get the first part to render without resolve crashing or random color flashes in the export. I had to edit 2 separate exports of the intro together to make it work.

The Black Bomb 2 is here, and it brings not only an end to my 2+ month absence, but over 54 million notes containing multiple sustain crashes, new and unique art, and renditions on popular songs. The team has worked hard to perfect this MIDI, and hopefully it will be completed somewhat soon.
The Black Bomb went through concept stages dating back as far as 2019, but real progress began on January 13, 2021 when a dedicated TBB2 Server (https://discord.gg/Gjj679PqDz) was created. Progress took off right away, but slowed down around Update 20 due to many members being busy with school. I recently took up the task of preparing the MIDI for a public release which involved removing parts without transitions, unfinished/unfit songs, and other things. They might be added back as time passes and transitions are created.
I have created a great deal of updates for the song. Updates U2, U6, U10, U16, U20, U24, and U25 were all edited and finalized by me. I believe the song peaked at over 70 Million notes, but a few parts contained excessively overlapped art and some songs were removed, lowering the note count.
Most questions relating to the history and details of the MIDI are welcomed in the comments, and I will attempt to answer them as I am able to.

Got a 5600x... The results are seriously impressive. This will be the 2nd or 3rd fastest PC in the BMC for a while (Carlos has a 5800x and Kaydax also has a 5800x). I chose to upload tau here just to show more people, but many other runs will be on my second channel (ones that have already been uploaded here a few times). I originally planned to no-lag this a long time ago, but the midi was too powerful and I was just lazy. So, Adrian made a nerfed version of the midi without sustains. If I would have recorded the regular version, but it would have taken much much longer to record because the un-nerfed version has over 2 million polyphony, so I decided to just do this version. This is also the 3rd attempt of recording this, because the first attempt was accidentally recorded in only 1080p, and the next version was recorded at the wrong note speed. This is the final version in 4k60.
