Today I'm going to show you how to paint flowers using a hairdryer and a few liquid acrylic paints.
It's very quick and really easy, you only have to keep two things in mind with this Dutch pour idea.
On the one hand, you only need a little acrylic paint, the hairdryer spreads the colors very widely, so it's best to test the right amount on a cardboard box or something similar beforehand.
If you use too much paint, the paint layer could remain too thick and possibly crack.
And as a second point, after you have blown the basic shape of the flower, you should draw lines from the outside to the inside with a toothpick, stirrer or something similar, as you can see in the video, this is the only way to create the flower character. At the end, paint the pistil in the middle and your flower is ready.
I chose a black background here, you can of course use any other color, but I really liked the intense contrast.
I only diluted the acrylic paints with water. You can find my recipe and everything else I know about pouring in my online course:
