Today I'm going to show you how to turn a vase or other object into a beautiful work of art using liquid acrylic. You could just paint the vase, but if you can't paint really well it probably won't turn out that nice.
In this video I show you how to artistically design vases or even bowls or similar. In the end, an abstract object is created, which already has a sculpture character. A nice gift to bring or just for you to beautify your home.
I simply diluted the acrylic paint with a little water so that it flows like warm honey. About 1 part water and 1 part paint, use a little less water at first and then thin as needed. The paint mixture should not be too thin, think of honey flowing from a spoon.
I had to redo the black vase because it fell off when I put it away to dry. But it was the same colors and the same technique.
Acrylic paint is waterproof, but it won't hold up to real washing in the sink or dishwasher. But the vases can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth or dusting is also sufficient.
