Black Desert FESTA packed a decade of updates into one stream: Deadeye, hardcore survival servers, a PvP damage rework, and the new Edania region.
Deadeye is the 29th class and an Ascension class like Scholar and Archer, using a revolver, shotgun, and rocket launcher, arriving on Global Lab December 20th and in every region December 24th. Season servers get a permanent 1000% combat XP boost, stacks raised from 50 to 100, and a new Essence of Ascent path that pushes Tuvala gear past PEN into HEX and DEC for Blackstar and Kharazad equivalents. PvP is being reworked with resistances removed from functioning entirely and class to class damage ratios replaced by four rock paper scissors categories, alongside a hardcore survival server in the Great Valencia Desert arriving next month. Atoraxxion Orzekea lands in February with trash mobs becoming real grind spots, Voltarion joins as a lightning themed Dream Horse in January, and every Atoraxxion dungeon gets the same grind zone treatment. Wang Suyang appears to be taking over communication duties from the previous director, and the Edania region likely will not release until spring.
