I found two houses that I liked and was pondering over which one I should choose as my living quarters.

The first one is located on the second floor of a inn. Has two rooms, looks cozy, and there's a balcony with a good view close to the entrance.

The second one is located right next to a major road. It has two floors and is spacious.

I ended up picking the second one since it has easier access for me to use a rare house decoration I got that gives me a one-hour buff which increases magic damage.
I also needed the 5 CPs, that the first one costed, refunded.
