This black cat is my submission to the Makers Care Campaign, this years theme is animals.
Makers Care is an organization of makers and artists who are helping to improve the the lives of people and make the world a better place through our fundraising efforts.
For every project entered, Woodworking for Mere Mortals and Microjig will each be donating $5 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Anyone can enter, just take a picture or a video of a project you made (must be an animal), go to makerscare.org and submit it. The deadline is October 28, 2016.
As with all my woodworking/DIY projects all materials used were reclaimed materials. I used and old frame and a piece of scrap wood to make this project.
Tools used:
Craftsman Band Saw
DeWalt Table Saw
Dremel Rotary Tool
Hot glue and spray paint.
