Exploring the lived experience of Black men and seek to provide reliable information and antidotes to guide and support their best selves. It will consider evidenced-based research which shows that Black men predominantly have had to live in ‘survival mode’ since birth and whether how we define black masculinity has been a help or a hindrance in that journey. Led by Andy Mundy-Castle and chaired Bryan Bonaparte, they will engage a panel to discuss: self-worth; developing strength through the acknowledgement of weakness; the value of peace of mind as privilege and exploring the value of building alliances towards being stronger together and redeveloping our legacy.
