What happens when an entire supply chain business runs through WhatsApp? Thousands of messages, multiple supplier groups, missed follow-ups, delayed deliveries, and operational chaos. In this demo, I introduce bizMantri, an AI-powered operational intelligence system designed to monitor WhatsApp conversations in real time and prevent critical business failures before they happen.
bizMantri reads conversations across supplier, client, and internal groups, extracts orders, tracks milestones, links dependencies, and detects risks automatically. Instead of relying on overloaded employees to manually monitor hundreds of updates, the system acts like a real-time AI operations manager that never gets distracted.
The platform uses a multi-agent architecture powered by Claude, Gemini, NLP pipelines, routing layers, linkage systems, and evaluation frameworks to detect blockers, escalations, ambiguities, and delayed supplier dependencies with high accuracy.
Target: Owners of Indian SMBs in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, specifically businesses coordinating deliveries across multiple WhatsApp groups with 5–20 staff who are not always at a desk.
