I tried embracing Bitfocus Companion to help me with my video production workflow. It has basically been a disaster.

I've kept my concerns mostly quiet, but after the third big disaster with it this week I have to speak out and warn others that this software isn't something you can trust when you have paying customers that are relying on you to produce a quality product. When your company reputation and clients are on the line, you need tools that just work. And after fighting with it for 10 months I just don't believe that Companion is one of them.

For reference, I'm running version 2.1.3 on Windows 10 Pro 19043. But I've tried many versions all with basically the same result.
