Join us for a busy, fun-filled day with our three Siberian Huskies: Memphis, Kira, and Eleanor! Today is all about celebrating Kira with a special solo adventure for her upcoming birthday. We headed out for some one-on-one time, grabbing McDonald’s nuggets and apples before hitting up the pet store for some new toys and treats. It wasn't all smooth sailing, though—an attempt at a scenic river walk turned into a slippery mess because I forgot my ice cleats!
Back at home, Jamie has been working hard on our "backyard drainage system" to deal with the massive snowmelt. Between the girls spotting squirrels and Memphis nearly falling into "Lake Memphis," there’s never a dull moment. We are also getting the dogs ready for our upcoming trip to the Super Pet Expo in Virginia, which means it’s time for a full spa day to trim those "Grinch toes" and long nails.
The day wrapped up with some cozy vibes, a rainy evening potty break, and even a quick look at Kira's new pink birthday hat. As we always say: Life is short, make memories with your dogs! We hope you enjoy this glimpse into our daily life in the snow.
