The song is from Billy Joel's 1983 album "An Innocent Man".
In September 1983, it was released as the album's second single.

It became one of his biggest hits, and remains an all-time classic from the 80s!

"Uptown Girl" has been covered numerous times, and was famously performed by the Dalton Academy Warblers in "Glee" (Season 3, Episode 5).

Needless to say, "Uptown Girl" makes for a fantastic piano cover!
