This took place around 1980-81 when I was working for a gay ad agency located on Santa Monica Boulevard that published Data-Boy magazine, found in all the gay bars in So Cal & Nor Cal at that time. I was covering the downtown/East LA punk scene for the magazine, this book is a memoir of those years.
