It sucks to run out of power on your smartphone when you still have recording to do! That is where a portable power bank comes in. I show off the four different power banks I own: (1) Anker PowerCore Mini, (2) Anker PowerCore+ Mini, (3) another more powerful Anker power bank, and (4) my new PLOCHY Solar Power Bank. In addition I give some suggestions on the smallest amount of power capacity you should get, as well as output needs for tablets and larger devices.

I recorded this episode using FilmicPro with the rear-facing camera on my iPhone 7 Plus and used my iPad mini 3 to control it with Filmic Remote. At the same time I had my Nextbit Robin (Android) phone - also running Filmic Pro - recording the table with the power banks. Edited in LumaFusion on a 10.5 iPad Pro.
