A mere 5 days after we got married, we were on our honeymoon roadtrip and stopped through Louisville on the way to Indianapolis for a very special reason. I had some unfinished business from a few years ago and I wanted to get revenge on a massive pizza challenge that got the best of me on my first attempt!
This 8 lb monster of a pizza can be found at Wick's Pizza Parlor in one of their Louisville locations. Challengers have one hour to consume every bite of this supreme pizza that contains tomatoes, onions, Italian sausage, beef, pepperoni, green olives, black olives, mushrooms and green peppers. The pizza is only 16" in diameter, but at 8 lbs, it packs a very dense punch. If successful, you get a t-shirt, the meal is free, and your picture goes on their wall of fame!
