Cambodia is changing fast. With a new international airport being constructed, the area south of Phnom Penh is being developed very quickly. The airport is expected to be completed by early next year. Multiple roads to it have already been completed, but there are a lot more projects being worked on. New housing developments, a new bridge, a giant mixed-use Singaporean development, and there are even talks about building a light rail system to downtown Phnom Penh. Phnom Penh's south is ripe for investment, and I'm going over it all in this video.
