What happens when you lose in court? In this video we are back with Mark- the- Process Server reporting on the courts, law enforcement and local government. We began covering this case in 2023, after a San Jose city councilmember filed a civil harrassment lawsuit against a social media creator who was critical of how he was doing his job.

After multiple court losses, the councilman, Peter Ortiz ( also known as the Puppy Kicker) has been served to appear in court for a debtors exam.
