Frame.io is a web-based platform that allows millions of users to collaborate on videos and customize their end-to-end creative workflow. Just last month, the team, now part of Adobe, released Frame.io Version 4, a fresh take on the video platform focused on performance and user experience.

After building and scaling the engineering team at Frame.io, Charlton Roberts now leads a cross-cutting team of engineers dedicated to ensuring Frame.io’s performance and consistency across many frontend teams. They’re responsible for the effective adoption of Next.js App Router across the new Frame.io app, and for helping teams across the company adopt optimized components for their intensive app workload.
