Hey, this video is a 3 Star Light Cone Review! Honkai: Star Rail has many OP Light Cones and Signatures, but did you know that some of the strongest ones hide in the lowest rarity? I hope this helps, and maybe opens up new discussion and builds using 3 Star Light Cones that some haven't even thought of yet! Some big ones include an energy light cone for Ruan Mei, a budget DPS light cone for Blade, and a fun light cone for Jing Yuan! Can't wait to see the new 4* ones in Penacony!
