Here is my complete updated guide to the new Black Swan and her Novaflare, coming out in Honkai: Star Rail 4.0. She got better Arcana stacking, some even better Arcana stacking from allies, and then a buff to her damage, and then she gives better boosts to the team AND then she got better with SP and uptime. I'll go through all her changes, how they impacted her with calculations, and then any updates on her build (again not much). Let me know what you think of Black Swan in 4.0!
