I'd recommend disabling the 60fps patch if you encounter issues relating to it or you struggle running the game at 60 in the first place.

Xenia runs supposedly better with D3D12 but certain setups may run into issues with it. In which case try Vulkan instead. You can change this setting by right-clicking the game, then settings, then scroll down "Graphics System" under "GPU".

In the same settings page you may also want to set the "XMA Decoder" to "Master" if you are having issues with the audio.
