Gameplay changes comparing to 1st version of Winter Rockport:
Integrated the Better Gameplay Flow mod.
Added some, but not all, cars from Need for Speed: Carbon.
Blacklist cars are now hidden from the carlot. They cannot be purchased and can only be obtained by defeating their owners.
Added snowfall, which was not present in the previous version.
Added a full 24-hour time cycle (Sunset mod).
Cars gradually become covered in snow while driving.
Fixed many textures, although not all of them, and reworked numerous textures that had not previously been adapted for the winter setting.
Replaced the soundtrack, as the aggressive rock music from the original game did not fit the calmer winter atmosphere particularly well.
Grip has been reduced to 75%, making it 25% lower than before. As a result, cars have less traction, and the player, AI racers, and police can lose control or start sliding when driven carelessly. The reduction was carefully balanced so that the game still remains enjoyable to play.
