IndianRaga is delighted to launch the Group Fellowship, where dance companies and music bands can apply as a team. We kickstart this series with Kalanidhi Dance from Maryland, presenting their choreography on this classical production from Hyderabad Raga Jam.
This dance showcases Ganesha, Hanuman, and Krishna in a unique way. Ganesha, the benevolent lord of Demi-Gods - He who is the son of Shiva, fulfills wishes and protects devotees. The auspicious lord hanuman - He who is the son of the wind God Vayu, whose mercy is ocean-like, and who forever enjoys chanting Ramas' nectar-like name. Lord Krishna the compassionate one - He who is beautiful like a lotus, plays nectar-like music, and whose teeth are like jasmine buds.
