Choosing between an M5 with 32GB and an M5 Pro with 24GB for gaming? I'd take the M5 Pro with less RAM. The M5 Pro has much improved memory bandwidth, which just means the RAM can talk faster to the processor. It also has more graphics cores than the base M5. Less RAM, better performance where it counts for gaming.
