Hey hey hey! Today we are taking a tour of the 2027 Surveyor 27MK, part of Surveyor’s all-new fifth wheel lineup! This one immediately caught my attention because it’s only 30 FEET LONG, but somehow they still packed in a rear kitchen, custom king bed, full-profile upper deck, outdoor bar, and some seriously impressive storage. QUICK LOOK
The big story with the Surveyor 27MK is pretty simple:
IT’S ONLY 30 FEET LONG.
That’s something we don’t see very often anymore in the fifth wheel world, especially when you start looking at everything Surveyor managed to fit inside.
You walk into a spacious rear kitchen with plenty of counter space, a 16 cu. ft. refrigerator, dedicated storage, and Surveyor’s Bar2Table Pull-Out Dinette.
You’ve also got a dedicated desk, which gives you another useful space without needing an entire office room.
But one of the most interesting parts of this floorplan is up front.
Despite being a mid-profile fifth wheel, Surveyor gave the 27MK a rare full-profile upper deck with a 66” x 80” custom king bed.
You also get washer and dryer prep, something I definitely wouldn’t expect to find when we’re talking about a fifth wheel this size.
Then you head outside and Surveyor keeps going.
There’s an oversized basement storage area and their Trailgate Outdoor Bar, giving you another spot to hang out and entertain around the campsite.
Underneath it all, you’re getting CURT Touring Coil Suspension, ABS brakes, Goodyear tires, and a CURT Helux pin box.
And check out the weight.

2,500 lbs of cargo carrying capacity.
30 feet long.
With fifth wheels seemingly getting bigger every year, I’m glad to see somebody going the OTHER direction.
