Recipe:
100mL of full fat cream (can add whole milk to make it more airy, less dense)
6-9g simple syrup (I like 1:1 water mL to brown sugar g)
3-4 Big strips, sans pith, of orange
Pinch of salt
Vanilla extract (2-3 drops, or to taste)
A delicious coffee
