Each instalment of Ben’s Tours takes you on a visit to a special place. This time join me for a bucket list destination, the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. Commissioned by Napoleon in 1806 and inaugurated by King Louis-Philippe in 1836, the Arc is magnificent in its own right, but a climb to the viewing platform up top gives incredible views over the city.
