Benedictine D.O.M Liqueur is one of my top favourite liqueurs. It is a delicious French Herbal Liqueur dating back to 1510. The original recipe is a secret mixture of 27 botanicals, spices and honey created by Dom Bernado Vincelli and the Abbey of Fécamp in Normandy, France.
The liqueur has been produced for centuries by the Le Grand family, and to this day, there is no other liqueur as the Benedictine DOM Liqueur.
Delicious served over ice, the Benedictine Liqueur is also a fantastic ingredient for cocktails. Some of the most famous cocktails with Benedictine are the Singapore Sling, B&B, Vieux Carre, to name a few.
