A huge effort to save two beluga whales and four dolphins from a Canadian marine theme park that closed over a year has concluded with the animals arriving safely in Spain.

The belugas, named Cleopatra and Jelly Bean – along with dolphins Tsunami, Lida, Echo and Marina – traveled from Toronto to Valencia as part of an international pursuit to save the animals from euthanasia.
