This is a Bell and Howell light bar that I modded to charge/run on DC power. I poked around the board to find where to insert DC power, On two diodes you will see two wires that I put on to accept power from a DC wall adapter. I tried a 9 volt adapter but it caused the batteries to make a boiling sound. I am using an AC to 5VDC adapter from an old cell phone. I have yet to test how this charges when I finally run it out. I'm thinking of getting a cheap power bank and wiring to the power bank's batteries and mounting the bank inside and charging it with USB. I got lots of ideas for this thing in my head at the moment.
Thanks for watching.
